Terms & Conditions – BD Import Solutions

By placing an order with BD Import Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment Policy 💳

• Customers must pay advance to place the order.
• Advance requirement will be confirmed before placing the order.
• If partial advance is paid, the remaining amount must be paid after the item arrives in Bangladesh.
• Final payment includes remaining product price + cargo charges.
• Orders are confirmed only after advance payment.

2. Cargo Charges 📦

USA – 2300 BDT per kg or 230 BDT per 100g

Malaysia – 1600 BDT per kg or 160 BDT per 100g

India – 1500 BDT per kg or 150 BDT per 100g

• Cargo charges include packing and box weight
• Some items may be charged using volumetric weight
• Rates may change without prior notice
• Cargo charges are calculated after items arrive in Bangladesh

3. Delivery Time ⏳

USA – 3–4 weeks

Malaysia – 3–4 weeks

India – 6–8 weeks

Delivery time starts after products reach our warehouse and may vary.

4. Customs & Shipping ⚠️

• Shipments may be subject to customs inspection and delays
• BD Import Solutions is not responsible for customs delays
• Delivery time is not guaranteed
• BD Import Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or airlines

5. Orders & Returns ❌

• Once an order is placed, cancellation or change of mind is not allowed
• Imported products cannot be returned or exchanged

6. Additional Notes 📋

• Some items may be charged by volumetric weight
• Cargo charges include packing and box weight
• Prices may change before order confirmation

7. Product Responsibility 📋

• Customers must ensure ordered items are legal to import into Bangladesh
• BD Import Solutions is not responsible if customs confiscates restricted items
• Any customs duty or government charges must be paid by the customer

8. Product Condition 📦

• Products are imported as received from suppliers
• Minor packaging damage may occur during international shipping
• BD Import Solutions is not responsible for manufacturer defects
• We will assist with claims when possible

9. Customer Responsibility 👤

Customers must:

• Provide correct order details
• Provide correct contact information
• Complete payment on time

Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation without refund.

10. Unforeseen Events ⚠️

• Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, accidents, fires, strikes, or transportation problems
• Examples include airport fires, warehouse accidents, flight cancellations, or natural disasters
• BD Import Solutions is not responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control
